This policy explains where and how Leflorea Aquarium Supplies ships orders. Leflorea is operated by Roots And Roses LLC.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not currently ship to international addresses. Checkout will only accept a US shipping address.
Shipping rates

The shipping cost for your order is always shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Order processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of being placed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed: carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add time, and deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas can take longer.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order and a shipping confirmation once it ships, including tracking information when available. You can also check your order status on our Order Tracking page or in your account.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at contact@leflorea.com as soon as possible — we can update the address only before the order ships.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If your package arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
