These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of leflorea.com and to purchases from Leflorea Aquarium Supplies, an online store operated by Roots And Roses LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and orders
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We ship to addresses in the United States only. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the products. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
2. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. We work to keep prices and availability accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before shipping and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal. By paying, you also agree to PayPal’s terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier’s delivery address you provided.
5. Product information and safe use
Product descriptions, specifications and images are based on information from the manufacturers. Packaging and colors may vary slightly from images. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings. Aquarium heaters and electrical equipment must be used as directed. Water treatments and chemicals should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Information on this site is general and is not veterinary advice.
6. Product reviews
Only customers who purchased a product can review it. Reviews must be honest and lawful. We may remove reviews that contain offensive content, personal information or spam.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
8. Intellectual property
Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our website design and original content may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
